Operating Principles Of The Bottom Impact Tester

The Bottom Impact Tester (BIT) is an on-line glass bottle inspection machine, developed by Toyo Glass and manufacturerd by Toyo Glass Machinery in Japan. It is not the only equipment that applies force to glass bottles; a squeeze tester also does this. The impact tester, widely accepted by the glass container industry throughout the world, is available in different model types, the inspection modus of each being similar.
