Ongoing Developments Of Forming Lubricants

Renite was the first producer of scientifically-developed mould release lubricants for the hot forming glass industry. Prior to this, operators in glass plants would mix up their own lubricants, changing them weekly or daily. Latest developments from Renite include: Renite CH - a low smoke variation of H graphite-containing sprayable mould oil; Renite F-72 & F 95 - the latest improvements to the container glass mould release swabbing lubricants line. F72 is for large & medium-sized ware & F-95 for medium & small size ware. Renite H-9 ring lube - very successful and popular advancement upon previous ring lubes; Renite PMP Mould Paste - for aluminium moulds with significantly better performance than MPR on aluminium. Renite is also investigating a more economical version of a product for lubricating the most demanding glassmaking applications.
