Numerical Simulation Of Bubble Behaviour In Glass Melting Tanks. Part 2. Dissolved Gas Concentration

The objective of this paper was to predict dissolved gas concentration in glass melting furnaces. For this purpose, some representative glass velocity and temperature fields with and without air bubblers and electric boosting were employed to numberically predict dissolved CO2, N2 and SO3 concentration distributions within the molten glass.
