Glass decorating specialist, G G Cade Industries Ltd, has recently announced a wide range of improvements to its Kwik Change Screen System. These include: greater screen frame rigidity; revised screen frame mounting system using the new Posi-Loc Locator Discs; faster screen changes and higher screen working temperatures and higher fabric tension using the new Thermotuf screen profile. The company has also produced the new thermostatically controlled thermoplastic enamel premelter, available in three or four chamber configuration. This ensures that enamels are not overheated which can result in the loss of the essential additives that give colours their printing and flowing qualities.
