New Proposition 65 Notices Filed In California For Souvenir And Other Glassware Sold At Retail

Multiple new Proposition 65 notices have been filed in California relating to allegations that consumers are exposed to lead from the outside surface of glass containers, drinkware, mugs and other ware. The ware in question was sold at retail, at restaurants and at amusement parks. The plaintiff in these new cases is represented by the same attorney who represented the plaintiff in the recently settled Proposition 65 drinkware cases. (whole item)
