Lubisol Engineering has reported a number of new orders for its crown insulation products. The company has supplied materials for three Sisecam 180m2 end-fired furnaces built in Yenisehir (Turkey) and Kuban (Russia) and three new container glass furnaces designed by Sorg with Lubisol crown insulation in Sri Lanka, India & Dubai (UAE). It also supplied products for two new container glass furnaces designed by Horn in Croatia (for Vetropack Straza) and Russia (Rasko). Lubisol claims its light, efficient crown insulation, compared with heat losses from the usual light silica crown insulation amount to major fuel savings per year.
