New Hot End Camera

XPAR Vision has introduced a new hot end infrared multi-camera system with the launch of its infrared additional satellite camera, with the aim of bringing glassmakers closer to zero defect production. Its satellite can be retrofitted to existing XPAR Polysigma systems. Benefits include eccentricity detection; enhanced detection of shape and dimensional aspects; and better inspection of thickness defects such as thin spots. The unit can also detect critical defects including thin ware; birdswings; lenses; stones; blisters; folds and cat-scratches.
