New Guidance Notes On The Rohs Regulations

BERR has published new Government Guidance Notes (dated July 2008) for the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Regulations. This new edition now includes the three new exemptions that were published in the Official Journal on 24 May 2008 and takes account of the annulment by the European Court of Justice of the Decision exempting "DecaBDE in polymeric applications" that took effect from 1 July 2008. The new Notes can be downloaded from www.berr.gov.uk/sectors/sustainability
