New Digital Temperature Controllers For Gas Furnaces

TsRT-1 and TsRT-2 digital temperature controllers for the 0-1250 deg C range with an error of ± 0.3%, which operate in a regime of bipositional PID-control with lineraization of the nominal static characteristic, signaling of thermocouple failure, storage of the parameters after the power goes off, and symbolic indication of the position of the shaft of a MEO actuator, is described. The device has four discrete and one analog outputs and is connected to a personal computer through a RS232C channel.
