New Control Features Of The Nnpb-Process On Is-Machines

The HEYE Process Control system has long been used as an important tool to stabilize the production process. All plunger mechanisms are equipped with integrated sensors which transmit the last part of the plunger stroke. The final position of each plunger, relative to the neck ring, is stored and processed in various ways and allows control and supervision of the operation. With recent improvements, the Process Control is now able to ensure that critical parameters are met, ensuring consistant quality and reduced downtime at the machine.
