New Agc Japan Site For Special Glass

AGC is to set up a chemical strengthening facility for its Dragontrail speciality glass. The site will be set up at the Kansai Plant in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, March 2013. The facility can handle up to sixth-generation (1850mm x 1500mm) glass, enabling the production of thinner, next generation smart phone touch-screen glass. Demand for thin double-layered touch-screens, is expected too grow.
