Nachtmann Streamlines Structure

FX Nachtmann Crystal, the German maker of crystal glass, has streamlined its shareholder structure and completed its strategic reorganisation. The Walter Frank family acquired 55.1% of the company in February wit the rest of the shares owned by DZ Bank and the Haisch family. Since January, the former general directors of Nachtmann AG, Klaus Dieter Gotz and Richard Voit, became acting directors of FX Nachtmann Crystal. Mr Gotz is in charge of production and Mr Voit controls sales and marketing. (whole item)
