Modern Technology Of Molybdenum Disilicide (Mosi2) Heating Elements Moly-Com-Ultra And Moly-Com-Hyper

Schupp Industriekeramic GmbH and Co KG is launching in 2008 the integrated production of electric heating elements from Molybdenum Disilicide (MoSi2) for high temperatures thermic processing systems. Thus the provider of high temperature key components for a range of 1.250 to 1.900C is the only company in Germany and the second one all over Europe to produce heating elements from this material. The presentation gives a brief overview about the processing, shapes and sizes which are available, difference in quality as well as the applications. Being products "Made in Germany" they stand for continuous high quality, constant electrical resistant, homogenous operating temperature, high thermal shock resistance and a long life cycle, which are the quality criteria for electrical heating elements.
