The algorithms are described of a lighting computing code for the simulation of a real situation in a room (with transparent or diffusing glazed areas) of a building located in Europe. This code allows indoor natural daylight to be evaluated both for a horizontal (a work top) and a vertical (a wall) plane. The program has been valiedated by means of a worldwide accepted American computing code which yet doesn't consider the conditions of the European sky.
