The Middle Glass Expo will be held March 13-15, 2006 in Kuwait. Great expectations accompany this international trade fair for the glass processing machinery, equipment, raw materials & end products. The last couple of years & in particular the events that took place in the Gulf region & Iraq, have driven oil prices through the ceiling, earning the region's oil producers billions of US Dollars in surplus income & have turned the economic freeze that extended through the region into an unprecedented boom time since the discovery of oil in that region many years ago. The current construction boom in the region is expected to continue for at least another 5-10yrs with new buildings springing up almost daily in Kuwait, Saudi, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman. requiring a huge supply of glass in every shape & form.
