The Middle Ear In Laser Light

Time and time again in his work, every surgeon experiences situations in which he wishes he could restore the natural function of an organ without contact and without injuring the surrounding tissue. It is for precisely this reason that laser systems have been used for a long time now by various ear surgeons for procedures in the middle ear performed to improve the patient's hearing faculty. Despite the initial promising results obtained, however, this technology has not yet attained global acceptance.
