Metrology On Atmospheric Emissions (In French)

This paper looks first at French legislation regarding emission limits for the glass industry, as well as the main techniques and standard methods used to measure atmospheric emissions. Next it looks at the results of these measures, the limit values for furnace gases (O2, CO, CO2, SO2, NO, NOx) and especially about precision and verification of measures and the last section presents an overview of new analytical techniques envisaged, such as granulometry and micro-analysis, and their perspectives.
