Measuring Optical Distortion

TAI SpA of Italy has developed a station for the measurement of optical distortion in automotive glass. The station makes it possible to automate the whole inspection procedure, making it suitable for 100% production on-line checks. It can carry out distortion measurement using an objective, precise and repetitive method and, it can detect the maximum distortion area by analysing the whole windscreen area.
