Maximising Furnace Life And Cost Reduction

The idea for an annual conference, dealing entirely with "practical" glassmaking issues, arose in 2005, at a meeting of the Society of Glass Technology's Melting Technical Committee. It was believed that such an event could be of interest and benefit both to glassmakers and their specialist furnace equipment and materials suppliers. Furnace Solutions 5 will be held on 10 one in Stoke-on-Trent, where a main theme will be maximising furnace life and cost reduction. The conference fee, including lunch and refreshments, is £90.
