Mathematical Modelling Of Industiral Furnaces And Boilers

This paper describes the state-of-the-art in mathematical modelling of industrial furnaces and boilers. A review of current submodels techniques commonly used in mathematical modelling of industrial furnaces and boilers, for both single phase and multi-phase combustion is presented. Recent applications of three-dimensional codes to industrial cases are presented. Based on the current scenario of research and development, future research priorities are identified.
