Master Glass - New Initiatives To Bring Overseas Success To West Midlands Glassmakers

Worcestershire's glass industry has received a boost after the launch of Stourbridge Glass International. Created by Steve Parker, senior international trade adviser at the Black Country international trade team in Dudley, the initiative aims to bring export success to the area's glassware manufacturers. It is part of the Glass Forum, a local network comprising the area's leading glassware companies - all of which have registered with UK Trade & Investments Passport programme, which provides new and inexperienced exporters with the training, planning and ongoing support they need to succeed overseas.
