Making Screen Printing Competitive

The new Rosario PLS machine makes colour-to-colour registration at high speeds possible. The PLS prints three or four colours on the neck and body of the bottle at an accuracy of +/-0.2mm and speeds of 120 or 150/bpm, depending on the model. Rosario has also focused on the maintenance of the machine and job change time, keeping the mechanisms simple and adjustments to a minimum. Unidirectional printing of bottles has now become standard on all Rosario machines. Servo driven bottle positioning systems consist of a small number of parts. Machine efficiency has been improved through a reduction in the job change time of 90%, compared to the old bottle handling systems and an operator's touch screen. Rosario claims that job change times of less than an hour are possible when changing from a large to small bottle. For more information contact: info@rosarioproducts.com
