Main Benefits Of Electrochromic Glazing - 2Nd Part

Following the first part of this article in which the outhors reviewed the recent electrochromic (EC) device technologies available, the second part now looks in detail at current components used in electrochromic cells, paying particular attention to transparent conductors, cathodic films, anodic coloruring films, ion storage layers and electrolytes. It also discusses how these can be developed in the future to enable the application of EC technology to larger-area glazing for architectural and automotive use.
