Mahavir Minerals Expanding

Mahvir Minerals has been expanding to keep up with India's growing glass and ceramics industry. Established in 1979 in the northern state of Rajasthan, it now owns 25 mines with reserves of over 15M/t and downstream processing units that have total capacity of over 125,000/t of milled products. The firm's special emphasis is on sorting at the mine head and downstream processing at its two plants in Rajasthan. Key minerals include: Feldspars; Quartz; Limestone; Ball clay and Dolomite.
