[Lubrication] Who Said "Three'S A Crowd"?

Graphoidal Developments Ltd specialise in individual systems for shear spray, scoop spray and delivery lubrication. When asked by several glass manufacturers to develop a system that combined all three elements, the company took the opportunity to redesign its equipment to meet the request. The design incorporates the latest Siemens PLC and touchscreen technology, as well as other new features: The new ultrasonic flow meter has been introduced, which is a major step forward in terms of technological advances. It contains no moving parts, has a wide operating range, and has two LEDs to alert the operator of both output level and signal strength. Specially developed water flow sensors utilise hall effect sensors and provide a secondary means of establishing positive water flow. They are used to distinguish between water supply failure and a job change enabling the system to react automatically during job changes. For more information, please visit: www.graphoidal.com
