Low-E Cutting Wheels

Macotec has optimised its low-E wheel, which, according to the Italian-based company, is easy to use and its high quality manufacture ensures reliability and accuracy to work on both straight and shaped glasses. Macotec's low-E application has been projected to remove coating on low-E glass in order to process the glass surface without leaving any residues. The wheel is equipped with an aspiration system showing easy upkeep. All working functions and parameters are NC controlled to allow good results. Moreover, the wheel can be automatically rectified in the exact position. The working cycle consists initially of the removal of the coating and then to cut the glass sheet.
