Looking Forward With Pot Furnaces

Pot furnaces are one of the oldest and most effective means of producing small quantities of a wide range of glasses. Their use has been declining worldwide over the past three decades, as industry demands for low cost production methods have increased. In this paper the authors describe a development that should reduce the speed of this decline.
