US-based Libbey, who will celebrate its 200th anniversary soon, has introduced a range of finest quality glassware, made in the USA. The company has invented a state-of-the-art process from furnace to forming to finishing that enables the most brilliant and strongest soda lime glassware. The new stemware and tumbler collection, called "Perfect Signature" will be available to retailer markets late 2015. At the heart of the innovation is the company's unique "Clear Fire" glass formula, developed by Libbey's professional glassmakers. The collection represents the culmination of nearly 2 years of research and development, planning, installation and testing of new production equipment. "This is a truly defining moment in our company's history, and one that calls for celebration," said Stephanie Streeter, CEO of Libbey.
