Led Bulbs - Theoretical Aspects: Part 1

Recently, there has been a massive surge in the field of light emitting diode lamps and bulbs in India. Due to a government programme to spread electricity and more light in villages, it has assumed more significance. Both manufacturing of these bulbs and their marketing in terms of sales volume have cone up to a great extent. The LED lamps have many good points in terms of more light or lumens/watt, power consumption, elegance, etc. A brief discussion is presented in this article and will later on concentrate on marketing and future growth for this segment of the industry.
