The SCA 36 is a newly-developed, electronically-controlled crack-off machine developed by OCMI in collaboration with CALP. The machine has 36 spindles and 12 stations, one of which is equipped with three lasers for cold cutting. OCMI claims that laser cutting gives benefits of clean cuts and less defects for high-quality products.
