Bottero's Flex lami-line has been developed to cut laminated glass to size. According to the company, initial feedback from the market has been positive, with two lines currently under construction for installation in South America at the beginning of 2014. the Flex lami-line is equipped with an advanced solution for the pre-lamination process, a nip roller with anti-torsion system and forced air convenction furnace. It can be modified to match to customer needs with such optional accessories as automatic loader, additional PVB rolls, automatic PVB foil application, cutting and trimming etc. Bottero can deliver a complete turnkey packaging including autoclave, climatic room and necessary accessories. The company is also proposing a cost-effective solution for customers with low output requirements, including the "Entry level line" which comprises a simple assembly line, combined with high pressure autoclave to process glass horizontally in special vacuum bags.
