Kinetic Model Of Silicate Melts - Equilibrium Case

A kinetic model for describing silicate melts is developed, based on experimental evidence that in such melts silicon is always tetrahedrally coordinated by oxygen and that these structural units are able to form polyanionic structures by sharing oxygen atoms between two tetrahedra.
