[Italy] Vitrododi Glass: Solar Division Acquired By Rimas

Rimas Technology Group has acquired the solar business unit of Milan-based Italian Vitrododi Glass Working Machinery. The development and production of Vitrododi's glass washers will be transferred to the Netherlands, where Rimas has its head office. 'The Vitrododi equipment is already part of some of our lines, like projects in Canada and Azerbaijan,' says Mark Verstraten, managing director of Rimas. 'By taking over Vitrododi Solar, we take the next step in our business development strategy.'
