Introducing Toughcoat - Powder Coated Glass

ToughcoatTM is intended to be a replacement for Ceramic coating & Silicone opacification of toughened glass for architectural cladding, or for use in decorative applications. As ToughcoatTM uses a "cold" process, it can be applied to all toughened glass, including reflective, without damaging the coating. It can also be applied to 4mm glass, offering the possibility of substantial weight reduction in a building's skin, where 6mm glass has traditionally been used. When building uses are intended, it can be pre-bonded to composite boards, such that the current insulation values demanded by building regulations are easily achievable. ToughcoatTM is available in any colour (excluding metallics), & all of the colours are completely reproducible. Standard RAL & BS colours are available without problems, & are completely reproducible.
