This article looks at contamination risks during food packaging in glass containers and describes ways in which these risks can be eliminated. Factors such as collaboration between client and supplier to establish accepted quality levels, improved production technology, and stringent controls and inspection are presented as essential in guaranteeing product safety to the consumer.
