Innovative Stemware Process

This innovative blowing machine from Olivotto is specifically designed to produce high quality stemware, with the bowl wall thickness typical of the handmade glasswares and the stems sealed to the disc and properly stretched in order to obtain long and thin "flute-type stems. The E32 machine, coupled with a press machine for the stems production, can produce high quality finished ware through the following 3 processes: Bowl on stem; welding; welding and stretching. The machine produces the bowls and performs the welding of the bowl to the stem and then the final stretching operation; all these production phases are done in the machine, without manipulating the article before getting the final shape of the stemware. Thanks to this process, it is possible to produce high quality sealed stemware with long stems. For more information see: www.olivotto.it
