Saint-Gobain Conceptions Verrieres (SGCV) is a non-profit joint subsidiary between Saint-Gobain's four glass divisions. Equipped with high performance installations, it brings together technicians, engineers and specialists of the various techniques used for glass manufacture, with a mission to contribute to a targeted search for reduction of the cost of melting glass by innovation, reduction of capital costs, quality, improvement of furnace performance, and training.
