Innovation In Glass Decoration From Ferro

The co-ordinated global research and development effort of Ferro's technical items in Japan, Europe and the USA has resulted in many new products being introduced in the last two years. These include a new package of lead-free fine-line silvers and anti-stick black obscuration bands for automotive glass, decoration colours for architectural and appliance glass, laser-marking materials for bottles and beer glasses, and lead-free systems for both multi-trip and 1-trip bottles, as well as durable lead free decorations for table-top glass. This article focuses on six new developments in the auto, flat and container glass segments.
