Injection Salt Loaders

The M120 injection salt loader from Emar has a steel structure painted with epoxidic powder, and heating of the salts to keep them active. The automatic loading system is by means of suction from 180kg drums and drilling and butyl insertion in spacer bars are also automatic. The glass transport system is vertical to enable processing of large glass sizes. According to the Italian firm, the salts can be injected both automatically or manually with variable timing. The control panel is equipped with an Easy Touch System that enables the operator to control the process, adjust times and control the single functions of each actuator.
