Infrared Monitors Measure Up At The Feeder

Accurate temperature control during the glassmaking process is essential to ensure a quality end-product. For the container manufacturer producing in excess of one million items/day there can be little margin for error. The French subsidiary of Land Infrared has been working with a glassmaker in southern France to find a more effective means of monitoring forehearth and gob temperatures.
