Infrared Hot End Double Camera System

Xpar Vision has launched its new infrared double camera configuration. The system consists of the existing XPAR Polysigma (single camera) system, which can be extended with a compact single camera extension. The XPAR Polysigma system is being designed as a modular concept and thus complies with the market demands for extension with more cameras in the future. With the new double camera configuration, glass manufacturers have the mans to make another inevitable step forward towards zero defect production, at PPM-rates. The new system offers enhanced detection of: Verticality (towards 100%); Mis-shaped ware, and dimensional aspects such as freaks, bulged finish etc; Birdswings; Stones/inclusions; Glass thickness related defects. These are defects that cold end inspection equipment can hardly detect. For more details please see: www.xparvision.com
