Major engineering & hot end equipment specialist supplier Fives Stein has already successfully delivered hot end for 20 float glass plants worldwide & is currently implementing a number of significant float glass contracts. At Obeikan Glass Co, a new 800/tpd float glass plant in Saudi Arabia, Fives Stein is supplying plant engineering & the delivery of the furnace, tin bath, lehr & air pollution control. At YugRosProdukt, the first new Russian glassmaker, the contract includes plant engineering & the supply of the furnace, tin bath, lehr, N2H2 plant, cutting line, & air pollution control system, the first to be installed on a glass plant in Russia. At Düzce Cam, a new 600/tpd float plant in Turkey, the scope of supply includes plant engineering & the furnace, tin bath & lehr, while at SalavatSteklo in Russia, the firm is involved in the complete delivery of a new tin bath. At SEJAL Glass, a 550 tons per day float line for the first independent "Western quality" Indian glassmaker, Fives Stein's involvement includes the plant engineering and the furnace, tin bath, lehr, and the air pollution control system, the first one to be installed on a glass plant in India. Finally, at Euroglas Polska, Fives Stein is mainly delivering the new tin bath for a new 1000 tons per day float line for GlasTrösch's no. 4 float line.
