[India] Flat Glass Industry Sees 14% Growth

In one of the best performances in recent years, the Indian flat glass industry registered a growth of 14.06% during the first 6 months of the current financial year (April-Sept). Cumulatively, Indian flat glass producers sold 783,840/tonnes of flat glass during the first six months, clocking an average sale of 4260/tpd due mainly to the steady growth in the construction industry.
