[India] Asahi - Consolidated Net Loss For Q3 2007

Autoglass manufacturer Asahi India Glass Ltd announced 22 January 2008 that the group posted a consolidated net loss of INR 37.3 0M for the quarter ended 31 December 2007 (INR 139.2M). Total group revenue increased 35.53% to INR 2665.3M for the 3Q 2007 against INR 1966.5M for the same period a year ago, the company said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange. The company's standalone result reported a net loss of INR 31.5M for the 3Q ended 31 December 2007 (INR 133.6M). Total company revenue grew 36.41% to INR 2655.2M for the quarter ending 31 December 2007 (INR 1946.4M).
