Increasing Corrosion Resistance Of Titanium Enamel Coatings By Modifiying The Slip

In previous articles the results of an investigation into the addition to titanium enamel slips of corrosion-resistant fillers with the aim of increasing their corrosion resistance were presented. This paper recommends additions to the slip composition and concludes that the addition of sand leads to an increase in corrosion resistance, and also to a reduction in the leaching of boron.
