Improvements In Or Relating To The Manufature Of Flat Glass.

In the manufacture of flat glass during which at least one surface of the glass is in contact with molten tin, tin ions which have entered the surface layer of the glass are first substituted by hydrogen ions and then at least a proportions of the hydrogen ions are substituted by ions of another element.
