Impedance Spectroscopy Applied To Annealing Effects On Glassy Agpo3:Sub Tg Surface Crystallisation And Glass Relaxation

Impedance spectroscopy is used to follow variations of electrical properties during annealing of an AgPO3 glass below Tg. Surface crystallisation is observed and electrical properties of the crystalline and glassy phases are studied with time and temperature. Variations of electrical conductivity with annealing are related to thermodynamic properties due to glass relaxation.
