The International Crystal Federation (ICF) was set up in 1991 and has over 150 members worldwide, and carries out a continuous international educational programme which provides a forum of the exchange of information on product safety, employee protection, environmental issues, energy conservation and much more. RCR Cristalleria Italiana was the company chosen by the ICF for the XIX edition of its annual Technical Exchange Conference which was held in Sienna, Tuscany, in December. The proceedings were divided into 5 sessions, topics covering; production; innovation and new development; politics and legislation; suppliers and marketing. The proceedings also included a deep analysis of the US market and indicated future opportunities for the crystal industry in the USA.
