Ice Flower Glass.

The manufacture of ice flower glass consists of the accumulation and proper direction of special fracture processes in the glass by means of animal glue. The glass surface is roughened with a sandblast to make the glue adhere better. This produce irregular cracks which go into the glass. To produce ice flowers, the glue must dry to complete brittleness. The practical methods are described in detail.
