Hot End Trending For The Future

In its efforts to design and develop a reliable and efficient tool at the hot end, Gedevelop had to think about what was needed by the operators and what components were available to fulfil their requirements. Also, it was appropriate to incorporate reliable technologies that were already available to minimise development time and also to keep installation and operator acceptance time short. There is undoubtedly a lot of well established technology used in the glass industry (especially at the cold end) which is not only both proven and reliable but is also a must for teh glassmaker to ensure proper delivery to demanding customers. With these basics in mind, Gedevelop's hot end trending system has been upgraded, capable of identifying and rejecting faulty containers automatically, while simultaneously operating as a user-friendly support and assistance tool for the operator.
